Día de los Muertos isn’t about fear... it’s about flavor. Think bright colors, bold spices, and a few too many sugar skulls (no regrets here). Set the table, light a candle or 12, and invite everyone...living or otherwise — to the fiesta- serving Crispy Carnitas, fresh blender salsa,  grilled elote, enchilada bites, white queso and don't forget the home made fried ice cream, churros or frozen limeade.
