Blender Salsa

Fresh salsa👌🏼 to go with your next fiesta. No chopping or cutting boards required. Maybe the jalapeño..but honestly its so easy you’ll be making it weekly. Throwing a party and need more Mexican recipes? A simple menu already made out for you? Check out this magazine HERE. Es muy Bonita por tu fiesta con amigasssss.

Place these in order in a good blender:

2 cloves garlic or DOROT CUBES

1/2-1 jalapeño seeded or yellow pepper

1/2 white or red onion/half a bunch of green onion tops

2 cans of diced tomatoes

Juice from half a lemon

Two goood pinches of salt

4 rounds of cracked black pepper

3/4 bunch of cilantro (washed)

(Rip cilantro into thirds if your blender can’t hack it.. and just toss the last little dirty ends- I like to save the prettiest tops for the last last min or for garnish with more pepper)

TRY THIS with grilled/charred veggies too! (Tomato+onion+jalapeño)

✨DID you know: cilantro has just enough flavor in the stems as it does in the pretty leaves?
