Peanut butter OAT bars for an army
Make these for all your neighbors.home school group.PTA meeting or summer camp. Also goes well with these BROWNbutterBananaBars and still working on a strawberry and lemon bar (yay!)
Peanut butter OAT cocoa bars
Makes enough for an ARMY in 15 min and man is the glaze so pretty

Oven @375
•MIX in this order:
1 cup creamy @skippybrand peanut butter
2 sticks butter (softened)
2/3 cup white sugar
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Then:
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
•POUR+PRESS over a silpat lined 1/2 sheet pan (18x13)
•BAKE for 14 min
•Let cool on counter 5 min
•DROP 1 cup PEANUT BUTTER in dollops
Then spread evenly once softened
•Melt this together👇🏼:
1 stick butter
6 TBS milk
4 TBS cocoa powder
•Take off heat and whisk in
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
