Oval Bread Proofing Basket Kit with Bread Lame +Dough Scraper+ Linen Liner Cloth THE WORKS.one.stop.shop

Cannot live without these bowl scrapers and believe me. you need this set of two.

By far my favorite and absolutely necessary flour for soft and delicate pizza dough, pastries and pasta. Antimo Caputo Chefs Flour comes straight from Italy where the bread gods dine 2.2 LB (Pack of 2) - Italian Double Zero 00

This cast iron oven, pot, pan is more than just that. More than a piece of camping equipment. This will honestly transform any dish you make in it. Try it, next time you do a double batch of even say brownies? Try a batch in this pot and another on a cookie sheet. magggggic. Also this link? I found the exact one I have and love annnd its on sale.

Ohhh the newest member to my kitchen are these cuties. Danish Dough Whisk. they make stiring up anything troublesome- a piece of sweedish cake;) great for thick & sticky dough and mixes dry & wet ingredients easily.

Tried and true RED STAR active dry yeast. The only kind I use! Make sure to store in the fridge/freezer to prolong shelflife.

You absolutley canNOT cut this bread with a butter knife or a dull chefs knife. Serrated. always serrated. or if you are tearing pieces well by all means. Otherwise: look no further than the serratedBread Knife 9" shun. I've had this knife for over 13 years!

All-Clad d5 Brushed Stainless-Steel 4-Qt. Soup Pot LOVE this pot. In or out of the oven, even heating and top of the line quality. Anything Allclad I have purchased over the years has far surpassed any other trendy/cute pan company I have tried, and lets face it. This earns you mad kitchencred.

Rustic bread. Have you made it yet. What in the world are you waiting for if you haven’t? Make.it.RN.

Use hot water if you are starting in the morning and cold water if you do it over night. ANYONE can make this. Beckham and Oliver (13+10 years old) started taking over and now we just.can’t.stop.

It comes together in just a few minutes with your fingertips. Cover with plastic wrap and come back to it anytime within the next 24 hours.

Here’s how:

MIX:

1/4 tsp. Yeast

1tsp. Salt

1.5 cups water

3 cups bread flour (has more protein and lighter for a better texture and chewiness)

Cover with plastic.walk away.

6 hours later if you used hot water.

12-24 hours later if cold.

(the longer the better and more developed the flavor will be)

PREHEAT oven WITH your cast iron pan/allclad pot (and lid) @450

While waiting for your oven, wake up your dough by pulling on the sides.. sprinkle with a little flour and form it into a tight little ball. Place on parchment and drop into the hot pan with the four corners. Place lid on top..

BAKE 30 min. Remove lid. BAKE another 15 min and voila!
